I want my order packing on TikTok, how do I request this?

Please put your TikTok username in the order comments and request a TikTok - unfortunately due to the sheer amount of comments I get daily on the app I can't keep up with the notifications so this is the only way I will see your request!

Are your crystals ethically sourced?

Yes, of course! All the wholesalers we purchase from are amazing at looking after their hard-working employees at the mines - they are treated fairly, paid well and enjoy their jobs :)

Are your crystals real?

Unless otherwise stated, e.g. manmade crystals such as Opalite, then yes our crystals are very much real - their energies are incredible!

I'm missing an item I ordered, how do I contact you?

Please drop me an email at help@thecrystalhoard.com and I'll aim to get back to you as soon as I can. Please note that we do have a very thorough way of packing, including signing, dating and ticking packing lists and we have CCTV in the packing room too. Unfortunately the number of people trying to scam small businesses is on the rise so it's better to be safe than sorry. 

What is the current wait time for dispatch?

Our current dispatch time is roughly 3-5 working days (Monday to Friday). Please wait until after 5 working days to contact me with regards to your order.
